World Café on How to Manage Capacity Building Successfully in Your Public Organisation
In this interactive workshop participants will learn practical tools and concrete participatory methods
that will help to improve capacity building in their respective organisations. They will practice the
world café format in order to apply it directly with their stakeholders at home.
After an introduction, our facilitator will introduce the procedures. Participants will discuss different

aspects of capacity building in TA using the method of World Café.

She is a recognized expert in organizational development, known for creating effective public investment monitoring models and communication plans. Her vast experience makes her a valuable trainer in technical assistance programs, focusing on resource optimization and adaptability in modern work environments.
